Meet Jan – A Life Lived in Service, Growth, and Celebration

Jan is not your typical businessman. He’s a devoted dad, loving partner, glider pilot, and lifelong learner with a deep belief in people’s potential. Migrating to Australia in the 1980s with no formal education, Jan discovered the power of self-education and personal development.

Since then, he’s read hundreds of books on business, psychology, finance, marketing, systems, and human behaviour—and has coached over 300 businesses through more than 8,000 hours of face-to-face sessions.

Jan built his last company from scratch to over $3 million in monthly turnover in just three years, helping create multiple six- and seven-figure earners along the way. But his path hasn’t always been smooth. He’s lost everything—twice. The second time, in 1999, came with a health crisis that nearly took him out for good.

A mentor extended him a lifeline, and an opportunity and Jan made a vow: never waste a second chance and make the best of everything.

Since then, his mission has been clear—to be that person for others. “ Have learned that nearly everyone is crying out for something they just don’t know where to start” 

Whether someone’s under the pump or already thriving and ready to soar higher, Jan is passionate about walking beside them, guiding them with humility, sincerity, and a deep respect for their journey.

He believes success is sweeter when it’s shared.

“You can celebrate your own win once,” Jan says, “but you can celebrate the success of others a hundred times.”
